We have doll parts like no-one else, our hospital is wall to wall of old, antique and original modern and new doll parts. All the techniques and experience have been passed on by hands-on experience. The experience and techniques of our repairers cannot be matched as the skills have been nearly 100 years in the making!

We can repair porcelain, though it’s impossible to make a repair invisible. There are several colours that are fired into porcelain, so you will never receive a flat invisible finish. To try to match these colours and get the same finish, we will do our best to get the best finish possible and touch up any paint if the patient is painted.

We have a specialist dressmaker who can custom make clothes to fit your specific needs. This includes period dressing, shoes, socks and other accessories.

Most vintage Teddies are fragile and may not stand up to the cleaning process. We advise to leave them as they are. However, you can give their fur a light brush to remove any dust and spruce them up a bit.

If your Teddy is made of a modern material, we can remove the filling to clean the outer material. We then repack the bear with new filling and stitch him back together again, making him as good as new.

Yes! Our hospital can help your bear by adding new filling to his body and supply new features such as glass eyes, a new stitched nose and mouth. After his operation, your bear will be looking as healthy as ever!
